We fully appreciate that our customers want to receive their orders as quickly as possible. That's why we strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days, depending on when the order is placed. Tracking information is sent shortly thereafter via email to our customers.

Return / Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchanged for equal value within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send products back to J.Ciro Watches using the address below. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging. Product conditions will be reviewed by J.Ciro Watches upon receipt before a refund is processed.
